The case is optimized for the 14Pro and one will notice that the camera opening is not the same size as the 13Pro and 13 Cameras. If your phone has been completely powered off, you will need to "re-pair" the case with your phone. This is easily done by partially removing your phone from the case such that the case to phone connector is disconnected, then simply slide your phone back into the case and it will begin charging as normal. No, the cordcase is not waterproof and should not be subjected to submersion in water or extreme moisture. All of the phone models compatible with the Cordcase 14Pro are waterproof to a certain extent and should not be adversely affected by a wet cordcase. We advise if your cordcase gets wet, remove it from the phone, wipe off all accessible moisture and let it dry for at least 24hrs before using it to charge your phone. If your cordcase will not charge your phone after 48hrs of drying we suggest no longer using the cordcase for charging. Cordcase does not cover any damage to the case or your phone due to water damage.

We recommend using only a damp cloth to clean the cordcase and its cord. Do not use any harsh chemicals or cleaners to clean your cordcase as it may degrade the plastics and/or electronics. The silicone skin is very resistant to stains and abrasions and will provide years of durable protection.

You can also us the Bluetooth capability of the phone to connect to Apple Car Play in Bluetooth supported vehicles. You cannot access Apple Car Play through the pull out cord as it does not contain the required data wires.

Yes! By using the pull out cord in the Cordcase which does not have the data wires, you can securely charge at any public location or Kiosk. Charging using a standard Apple charge/sync cable plugged into the Cordcase's female lightning connector DOES NOT offer secure charging and should only be used when you trust the power source.
